By installing or using SFC Publisher (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
SFC Publisher lets you publish your short videos to third-party platforms you connect (such as YouTube and TikTok). You select a video, enter the post details, and choose to publish immediately or on a schedule; the App then uploads the video to each selected platform on your behalf. The App does not edit your video, and it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You are solely responsible for the videos and information you publish through the App. You represent that you own or have all rights necessary to publish the content, and that publishing it does not infringe any third party's rights or violate any law. You must comply with the terms of service, API rules, and community guidelines of every platform you publish to, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the titles, captions, tags, and visibility settings you enter.
Publishing depends on third-party platform APIs and is subject to their rules, review processes, quotas, and availability. A platform may reject, restrict, remove, or delay your content, or take action on your account, for reasons outside our control. The App's basic video checks (format, length, resolution, and size) are convenience aids only and do not guarantee that a platform will accept your video. We are not responsible for platform decisions, API changes, or service outages.
You agree not to use the App to publish illegal, infringing, harmful, or abusive content, and not to overload, abuse, or automate the App or the platform APIs beyond their permitted limits. You are responsible for keeping your connected platform accounts and their usage within each platform's own rules.
The App is currently provided free of charge. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. If paid features are introduced in the future, these Terms will be updated accordingly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SFC Publisher and its operator are not liable for any failed, rejected, removed, or delayed posts, loss of content or data, actions taken on your platform accounts, or other damages arising from use of or inability to use the App or reliance on it. We are not responsible for failures caused by network, third-party platform, or other service outages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
